2. Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use our website and services, we process:

your name and surname;
billing and delivery address;
email address;
telephone number;
order and transaction information;
products purchased and order history;
payment status and payment-related identifiers;
customer-support communications;
withdrawal, return, complaint and refund information;
IP address and device/browser information;
technical, security and website-usage information;
photographs you choose to submit when using AUREO AI Try-On;
Try-On images generated at your request.

We process only the personal data needed for the relevant purpose.

3. Why We Use Your Personal Data

To Process and Fulfil Your Order

We use your personal data to process your payment, fulfil and deliver your order, provide customer support and handle withdrawals, returns, complaints and refunds.

We process this information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you or to take steps you request before entering into a contract.

To Comply With the Law

We process and retain information where required to meet our accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal obligations.

To Protect Our Website and Business

We use technical and security information to prevent fraud, misuse and security threats and to maintain the reliable operation of our website and services.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in protecting our customers, website and business.

With Your Consent

Where your consent is required, we ask for it before the relevant processing takes place.

This includes optional features or technologies that require consent, such as processing a photograph through an external AI service when you choose to use an AI-powered Try-On feature.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before your consent was withdrawn.

4. Orders, Fulfilment and Delivery

We share the information needed to fulfil and deliver your order with the companies involved in that process, including warehouse, fulfilment, logistics and delivery providers.

This can include your:

name;
delivery address;
email address;
telephone number;
order and product information.

Some products may be shipped directly to you by a supplier acting on our behalf. In these cases, we provide the supplier with the information needed to dispatch and deliver your order.

We share only the information needed to fulfil and deliver your order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Mollie.

When you make a payment, the information needed to process and verify the transaction is provided to Mollie and, where necessary for the payment service, its affiliates.

We do not store your full payment-card number or security code.

Mollie also processes information to meet its own legal and regulatory obligations.

6. AUREO AI Try-On

AUREO AI Try-On is an optional feature. You do not need to use it to browse our website or purchase our products.

When a Try-On feature requires your photograph to be processed by an external AI service, we inform you before your photograph is sent and ask for your consent before the processing begins.

You can choose whether to continue. If you do not consent, your photograph will not be sent for AI processing.

We do not permanently store the original photograph you submit for Try-On.

When a generated Try-On image is temporarily stored by AUREO so that we can show you the result, it is not publicly accessible and is automatically deleted from our storage after one day.

Before using AI processing, you will see a short Try-On privacy notice explaining what happens to your photograph, together with a link to this Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation of our website and online store.

Optional cookies or similar technologies that require consent are not used unless you give that consent.

You can manage your choices through our cookie settings.

8. Meta Commerce, Catalogue and Meta Pixel

We use Meta Commerce to make our product catalogue and shop information available on services such as Facebook and Instagram.

We also use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand interactions with the AUREO Collection website in connection with our advertising on Meta services.

Meta Pixel is activated only after you have given the required consent through our cookie notice. If you do not consent, Meta Pixel is not activated.

When Meta Pixel is active, Meta may process information about your interaction with our website in accordance with its own privacy policy.

If you interact with AUREO Collection directly on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes information about that interaction under its own privacy policy.

9. Who We Share Personal Data With

Where necessary, we share personal data with:

website hosting and technical service providers;
payment service providers;
warehouse and fulfilment providers;
suppliers dispatching products on our behalf;
logistics and delivery providers;
email and communications providers;
AI service providers when you choose to use an AI-powered feature;
professional advisers where necessary;
public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

10. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

11. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as we are required to keep it by law.

In particular:

order, payment, accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations;
withdrawal, return, complaint and refund records are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any related legal obligations or claims;
customer-support communications are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and any related issue;
original Try-On photographs are not permanently stored by AUREO;
generated Try-On images temporarily stored by AUREO are automatically deleted after one day;
cookie data is kept for the periods stated in our Cookie Policy.

When the applicable retention period ends, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required by law.

12. How We Protect Your Data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure.

Access to personal data is limited to the systems, service providers and persons that need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

You have rights under applicable data-protection law, including the right to:

request access to your personal data;
correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
