Withdraw from Contract

If you bought a product from us online as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For more information about withdrawal, returns and refunds, see our Shipping & Returns Policy.

If you withdraw from the contract, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

You can also notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@aureo-collection.com.

Your email must include:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used for the order; and
  • a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

If you prefer, you can download the Model Withdrawal Form (PDF), complete it and send it to the same email address.

You do not need to use the PDF form if you have submitted the online Withdrawal Form above.
